3.4 KYC Verification. 4.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.4 Account Monitoring. 0k222 continuously monitors accounts for unusual activity, including irregular login locations, abnormal betting patterns, and suspicious transaction behaviour. Where such activity is detected, 0k222 may temporarily restrict account functionality pending investigation.

11.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0k222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Maximum Liability. Where 0k222's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Player Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may rely on third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology partners. 0k222 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of such third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
